SYNTHESIS METHOD OF METALLIC OXIDE NANO-WIRES USING SPRAY OF NANO-SIZED SEED PARTICLES ON THE VLS METHOD

A synthesis method of metallic oxide nano-wires using spray of nano-sized seed particles is provided to control density and distribution of the gold nanoparticle according to kind and dilution of a dilution solvent. A synthesis method of metallic oxide nano-wires using spray of nano-sized seed particles comprises steps of: manufacturing pure metal nanoparticle having uniform-size distribution at solution state; distributing evenly metal nanoparticle on a substrate; and growing the substrate and the precursor material into the metallic oxide nano-wires using a vapor-liquid-solid method. The metal nanoparticle is selected from particle consisting of gold, silver, platinum and copper. The substrate is selected from substrate consisting of Si, SiO2, Al2O3 and STO.
