The hollow wheels (12, 13, 14) have two circular disks (1) with hollowed center, where the disks are curved and sectioned. The disks are integrated with each other by curved and sectioned cross bars (2). Leading and trailing edges of the disks and crossbars form exterior and interior revolution surfaces (4, 3). The surfaces are swept by each wheel, where wheels are fitted together with each other. A shaft is provided at ends of the wheels, and the surfaces defines the exterior shape e.g. cone and circle, of the wheels.
