The fitting has an instep strap (3), a front strap (2) and a rear support (4) comprising a driving element (6) that slides through a mechanical plate (7) located on a wall (12) of a base (1). The driving element is connected to a wall (11) of the base so as to be maintained through the base on a passage of a shoe, at a sufficient height such that the element is driven by the shoe during fixation in the fitting. The element drives the straps and the rear support, and is plated against the shoe.
