<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to noise during an energy treatment easily and at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: An active mechanism control device 5 is provided with a status detector 20 which detects the output state of energy which is supplied to an energy treatment tool 9 by status signals from an energy output device 10.
