An information input apparatus is provided to rotate the rotary cover using the small frictional resistance generated by the rotation of magnet. A plurality of switch elements(111) and a hall device(113) are installed at a substrate(110). A base(120) is combined with the substrate. A plurality of cramps(121) are formed on the same circumference of the base. The cramp is protruded to the one side of substrate in a vertical direction. A holder(130) of the ring shape is fixed to the upper side of substrate. A rotary cover(140) of the ring shape is combined with the upper surface of holder. The inner surface of the rotary cover is combined with a supporting frame(150) of the ring shape. The supporting frame and the rotary cover are formed integrally with a supporting member(160).
