METHOD, APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR IMAGE CORRECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a finish through correction fine by applying the correction appropriate for feature of the picture. SOLUTION: A correction module with standard correction intensity for high resolution and a correction module with high correction intensity for low resolution are prepared as softwares in advance. A CPU detects a parameter PT (e.g. pixels count of the picture) which can identify an output resolution of a digital camera 14 from a picture data (S120) to determine whether the PT specifies high resolution or not (S130). The CPU runs the correction module for high resolution (S200) when it determines the high-resolution is specified, or runs the correction module for low resolution (S300) when determines the low resolution is specified. This allows to make the finishes through correction for both of the picture taken by a high resolution digital camera and the picture taken by a low resolution digital camera fine.
