PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which saves labor and time for inputting transmission destination information, each time transmitting image information and where it is not necessary for outputting a setting value in transmission as a report each time transmitting image information. SOLUTION: A printing device 1 comprises a user information storage section 3, which stores a plurality of e-mail addresses for a transmission destination of image information and user numbers, assigned beforehand for each of the e-mail addresses, associated with each other; a scanner 5 for scanning a medium and a printed matter on which there are printed a bar code area 7, corresponding to a user number and a check box area 9 for selecting whether a user permits transmission of image information; a transmission destination list creating section 19 for reading e-mail addresses that correspond to the bar codes from the user information storage section 3 and creating a transmission destination list of image information, based on the e-mail addresses and the bar codes scanned by the scanner 5; and an e-mail transmission section 21 for transmitting image information to transmission destinations.
