PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a trigger command in only a transmitter/receiver that is an instruction target while making workability excellent. SOLUTION: A trigger signal outputted from a trigger tool 10 is made to include information of which transmitter/receiver 2 is made to execute the trigger command, or the like (specifically, information related to a range of reception intensity when receiving the trigger signal in each the transmitter/receiver 2). Based on a measurement result of the reception intensity of the trigger signal in the transmitter/receiver 2 and the information, it can be decided whether itself is the transmitter/receiver 2 that is the instruction target or not. Thereby, the trigger command is made to be executed in only the transmitter/receiver that is the instruction target, and the trigger command can be made not to be executed in the transmitter/receiver except the instruction target. Accordingly, even if not bringing the trigger tool 10 close to the transmitter/receiver 2 that is the instruction target to the utmost, it is possible to finish work by only a certain degree of approach of a worker to the transmitter/receiver 2 to make the work efficiency excellent.
