PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic support system for providing a photographer with the pleasures of advanced photography. SOLUTION: The photographic support system is provided with a DB 200 storing the existing photographic images, a management server 100 and an imaging apparatus of a user, and the imaging apparatus transmits temporary imaging information, including a parameter that indicates feature extracted from temporary imaging data to the management server 100, receives control information from the management server 100 and sets the imaging conditions from the control information; and the management server 100 is provided with a user information DB 206 for storing preregistered photographic images for each user; a receiving part 130 for receiving the temporary imaging data; an inference part by analogy 131 for inferring the features of the temporary imaging data; a retrieving part 132 for retrieving a photographic image, similar to the supposed feature to acquire image information; a difference extracting part 134 for extracting difference between the temporary imaging information and image information; an imaging parameter creating part 136 for creating control information of the imaging conditions from the difference; and a transmitting part 140 for transmitting the control information to the imaging apparatus.
