PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire internal-pressure reducing apparatus which can prevent damage to a bladder in a tire caused by lighting off an explosive and can certainly generate a situation such as the abrupt disappearance of the tire internal pressure. SOLUTION: The tire internal-pressure reducing method using the apparatus includes steps for: installing an explosive 7 in a tire 3 assembled to a tire wheel 15; lighting off the explosive 7 at a rotational position during load rolling in a spaced area 3a2 in which the tire 3 is not grounded on a road surface and has no deflective deformation to puncture the tire 3; and quickly discharging filled gas in the tire 3 from a through-hole formed at the tire 3.
