PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a wheel from the wheel with a tire without damaging bead part at all to reuse a tire. SOLUTION: The tire T is taken out of the wheel HL by lifting a tire support base 20 after striking and crushing a plurality of places of the wheel rim H2 one place by one place with a pusher 60, by combining a center shaft S inserted through a center hole H of the wheel HL with the vertically movable tire support base 20 supporting only the tire T of the wheel with the tire with the center shaft S inserted, and the pusher 60 striking and crushing the wheel rim H2 of the tire T on the tire support base 20 from the diagonal upper side without interfering with the tire T.
