PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy of a vehicle while preventing windshield fogging. SOLUTION: This vehicle air-conditioner 10 is provided with a moisture content sensor 14 for detecting the moisture content included in an antifogging film 22 formed in the inner face of a windshield 20. When it is judged that the antifogging film 22 is in a water saturated state based on a detection result of this moisture content sensor 14, a ratio of externally introduced air in conditioned air is considered as 100%, and when it is judged that the antifogging film 22 is not to be in the water saturated state based on the detection result of the sensor 14, a ratio (an inside air rate) of internally circulating air in the conditioned air is adjusted most suitably.
