PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluttering action of a seat back from a seat cushion at a flip-up position of a seat body even while backrest angle retainment by a reclining device is released in a flip-up seat. SOLUTION: In this reclining device 5, backrest angle retainment of the seat back 2 is kept released while the seat back 2 is tilted forward and folded on an upper surface part of the seat cushion 3. A lock device 20 which locks the seat body 1 in a folded state is provided in the seat body 1. The lock device 20 locks the seat body 1 in a folded state when the seat body 1 is raised from a vehicle body floor F.
