PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device 1 which simply enables exchange of rubber sleeve. SOLUTION: The chucking device 1 has a base body 60, and the rubber sleeve 10 disposed on the outer periphery of the base body 60, and elastically deforms the rubber sleeve 10 to hold a work by supplying air into an air tight chamber 5 formed between the base body 60 and the rubber sleeve 10. At both ends of the rubber sleeve 10, bead sections 12 and 16 are formed to embed a bead wire around all circumferences, and on the base body 60 bearing surfaces 22 and 36 are formed so as to abut against all the circumferences of the bead sections 12 and 16.
