PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative frame attaching apparatus capable of efficiently attaching a decorative frame to a door. SOLUTION: The decorative frame attaching apparatus 1 comprises a conveying means 4 for conveying the door 2 in a laid state, a transferring means 6 for superimposing the decorative frame 3 on the door 2, and a nailing means 7 for nailing the decorative frame 3. Adhesive is applied to a top surface of the door 2 at an adhesive applying position A, and then the door 2 is stopped at an attaching position B. The transferring means 6 transfers the U-shaped decorative frame 3 from a waiting position E to the attaching position B, and superimposes the decorative frame 3 on the stopped door 2. Then, the nailing means 7 nails the decorative frame 3 to fix it to the door 2. Subsequently, the door 2 is inverted at an inverting position C and is returned to the adhesive applying position A again. After that, a second decorative frame 3 is attached to a new top surface of the inverted door 2. As a result, the decorative frame 3 can be efficiently attached to the door 2.
