PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform inputting in a direction where a support arm part is formed, even in case the support arm part supported by a case is formed at a movable contact. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a case 2 equipped with a guide wall 22 erected from a bottom-face part in an arc shape and first outside-use fixed contacts 26a fitted in four directions at an outer periphery side of the guide wall 22, a circular movable contact plate 4 equipped with a plurality of support arm parts 41 extended outside in a radial direction of the guide wall 22 between the first outside-use fixed contacts 26a and supported by the case 2 and arranged in opposition to the first outside-use fixed contacts 26a in free contact and separation, and a circular pressing member 7 pressing the circular movable contact plate 4 toward a bottom-face part side of the case 2. Second outside-use fixed contacts 26b opposed to the vicinity of a base end part of the first support arm parts 41 of the circular movable contact plate 4 in free contact and separation are provided at the case 2, and at the same time, the second outside-use fixed contacts 26b are formed longer in a radial direction than in a peripheral direction of the guide wall 22.
