A map information display device previously holds map information including feature data managed in classification units. A map information acquisition means acquires map information to be displayed. A standard display position decision means decides the standard display position of the feature data included in the map information acquired by the map information acquisition means on the basis of the map mode and scale value of the map information and the coordinate values of the feature data. A display position change center point decision means decides the center point of the change of a display position. A feature data display position changing means changes the display position of the feature data of the classification subjected to changing of display to a position in a radiating direction from the center point of the change of the display position, comparing to the standard display position. A map information display means displays the feature data subjected to changing of the display position at a display position changed by the data display position changing means, and displays the other feature data at the standard display positions.
