The grill (10) has a frame (12) for attaching the grill with a motor vehicle body. An attachment base (16) is connected with the frame for attaching a brand logo (18). A protective glass (22) partly covers the base and is circumferentially connected with the frame in order to form a flat cover. A sensor element (28) is accommodated in an opening (26) of the base for detecting objects. A sealing pane forms a lens in a region of the opening, where radiation emanating from the sensor element is controlled with the help of the lens and/or radiation contracted to the sensor element is focused. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising an accumulator connected with an electric drive.
