The device has a gripper system (4) transported to a printing device. The system grips a sheet aligned at gauge pins (10), and includes a gripper (14) that engages in recesses of a feed table (1) to transfer the sheet. Nozzles for realizing blowing air jet aligned on the recesses are provided for guiding the sheet during transportation, where flow direction of the blowing air jet is adjustably executed with respect to a position of side edges of the sheet. The nozzles have a nozzle head torque-proofly connected with a nozzle shaft, and engage an adjusting unit at the shaft.
