PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition with high deformation recovery property after the curing which can remove display unevenness when a liquid crystal display device is formed.

SOLUTION: The curable composition at least contains a resin (A) that contains a radical with bifurcation and/or alicyclic structure, a radical with acid group, and a radical with epoxy group, a polymerizable compound (B), and photopolymerization initiator (C), and a surface-active photopolymerization initiator (D).
