<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which causes no fault in handling such as stickiness or the like until actually installed on a vehicle panel and can supply a lubricant directly to the portion in friction with the hole fringe of a through hole of the panel only at the stage actually installed on the vehicle panel. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 10 is provided with a small diameter tube portion 11, a large diameter tube portion 12, an expanding diameter tube portion 14 connecting the small diameter tube portion and the large diameter tube portion, and a locking recessed groove 13 formed at the outer circumference of the large diameter tube portion, and is fixed to a panel by being inserted from the small diameter tube portion side into the through hole Pa of the panel P, with the locking recessed groove insertion engaged with the hole fringe of the through hole.
