<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester decorative plate showing superiority in smoothness and abrasion resistance without possibility of contaminating the environment. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester decorative plate is made by laminating an adhesive agent layer and a decorative sheet layer in this order on the upper surface of a base material for the decorative plate, applying an unsaturated polyester resin on the decorative sheet layer, making an oxygen-shielding film contact the unsaturated polyester resin to cure them integrally and peeling the oxygen-shielding film to form the polyester resin layer, wherein the unsaturated polyester resin is composed of a polyester having an unsaturated group in the molecule and an acrylate monomer as a cross-linking agent, and the polyester resin layer has average surface roughness (Ra) of 0.3μm or smaller and pencil harness of 5H or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
