<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in power generation conversion efficiency of a solar cell by machining and molding a shape of a cell board for the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A cell board for a solar cell is configured by machining and molding a surface of a polycrystal silicon solar cell board (1) comprising fine ruggedness on micro-unit basis into a state where semi-spherical projections (2) are arranged longitudinally and laterally at suitable intervals. Since the semi-spherical projections (2) are provided on the surface of a cell of a solar cell module, when the cell board is installed and fixed on a roof or an inclined mount and the sun rises at a certain angle, each of the semi-spherical projections (2) and a cell board plane part (3) on the polycrystal silicon solar cell board (1) are irradiated with sunlight, each of the semi-spherical projections (2) has a sunlight irradiated surface, and the center thereof is irradiated perpendicularly with the sunlight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
