<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and program for evaluating global warming countermeasures serving as a guide in consideration of the economical efficiency of an enterpriser having a facility for consuming energy, and a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: In economical efficiency categories of global warming countermeasures, the achievement of a CO<SB>2</SB>reduction amount by global warming countermeasures is classified by the length of investment recovery year. Here, the categories are "<1> countermeasures for the investment recovery years of 5 years or shorter" (Fa), "<2> countermeasures for the investment recovery years of 5 to 10 years" (Fb), "<3> countermeasures for the investment recovery years of 10 to 15 years" (Fc), and "countermeasures for the investment recovery year longer than 15" (Fd). In the range and cost burden method of the global warming countermeasures, countermeasures <1> are "ESCO business or the like" (J), countermeasures <1>+<2> are "ESCO business and own fund" (K), and countermeasures <1>+<2>+<3> are "mainly own fund and partially ESCO business" (L). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
