DISCUSSION KNOWLEDGE GRAPH CONSTRUCTING METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like for constructing a discussion knowledge graph which can be utilized as an effective knowledge for solving a problem similar to the problem that has been under collaborative learning not only by the participants in the collaborative learning but also by other learners.

SOLUTION: The discussion knowledge graph constructing method is constituted of the steps of: (step S1) obtaining conversation history, annotation history indicating to which comment of each learner an annotation is added, and history of note strip indicating the difference by the prescribed time of a note recorded as his/her own solution; (step S2) extracting the note strip out of the history of note strip; (step S3) extracting a group of comments out of the conversation history on the basis of the annotation history; (step S4) correlating the extracted comment group to the extracted note strip on the basis of the annotation history; and (step S5) constructing node data and edge data of the discussion knowledge graph having an upper layer containing the utterance group as a hint to a problem and a lower layer containing the note strip as a solution to the hint.
