PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a bath unit capable of reducing cost, simplifying work, and greatly improving the degree of freedom of the utilization of a space for a discharging position or the like when installing the bath unit in a building structural body. SOLUTION: Longitudinal rib-shaped positioning pieces are arranged at the outer circumferential part of the lower face of the bath unit 2. Each frame member 6 having slits 11 and a mounting face 10 is fixed to each place which is the circumferential edge of the opening of a dirt floor part 1 and corresponds to the positioning pieces of the bath unit 2. Positioning is made by inserting the positioning pieces of the bath unit 2 into the slits 11 of the frame member 6, and the bath unit 2 is mounted on the mounting faces 10 of the frame members 6.
