PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry/exit control system which reduces waiting time during calling with an intercom apparatus by efficiently determining the reception PC of a call destination by preferentially selecting a reception PC capable of responding during operation of the intercom apparatus. SOLUTION: The entry/exit control system includes an intercom apparatus 11 installed at a card reader 10, a terminal controller 14 for controlling open/close of an electric lock 15, a plurality of reception PCs 30, 30n for speaking with a visitor by receiving a call operation of the intercom apparatus 11, and a call destination management server 20 for managing login information for distinguishing whether any of the plurality of reception PCs 30, 30n is capable of responding to the call operation. The card reader 10 preferentially selects a reception PC in a login state out of a plurality of reception PCs 30, 30n which are the candidates of the call destination based on the management information of the call destination management server 20, and delivers call demand corresponding to the call operation to the responsive reception PC.
