PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card theft prevention structure. SOLUTION: In the card theft prevention structure of a video image display apparatus 2 comprising a card storage section 6 equipped with a card insertion base 12 having a card slot, and a lid 10 covering the card storage section 6 and permitting video image display with a card 14 inserted into the card slot 12a, the card insertion base 12 has a latching hole 12d for latching the lid 10 and card theft is prevented by inserting a push rivet of a flexible lock body from an insertion hole 10a of the lid 10 into the latching hole 12d of the card insertion base 12 and locking the lid 10 to the card insertion base 12 so that the lid 10 cannot be removed without using a tool or a jig.
