PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a fender lining capable of avoiding the fender lining from being drawn out of a gap between the first clamping surface of a bumper holder and the second clamping surface of a flange of the bumper, and enhancing assembling workability without reducing the moldability of the fender lining. SOLUTION: A mounting surface 7 and a first clamping surface 8 are formed at the end 2K of the bumper holder 2, a surface 21 to be mounted is superposed on the mounting surface 7, and they are fixed by a clip 16. A part 9 to be clamped is clamped and fixed by the first clamping surface 8 and the second clamping surface 22, and a tongue piece 10 intruded to the back side of the mounting surface 7 is provided on the fender lining 5.
