PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide work equipment suitably usable as final assembling equipment for an automobile. SOLUTION: The work equipment has a constitution in which a plurality of work lines T-F2 different in carried object supporting level are set in a circulation travel path of the same carrying truck 1, each carrying truck 1 has a plurality of kinds of cradles 2-4 detachably and constituted so as to be replaceable for supporting the carried object (vehicle body B) at the supporting levels of the respective work lines T-F2, cradle replacing devices 69, 70/B69, B70 are arranged between the work lines adjacent back and forth for detaching the cradle 2 for the upstream work line from the carrying truck 1 and attaching the cradle 3 for the downstream side work line to the carrying truck 1, and carried object delivering means 14a, 14b, 16 are arranged between the work lines adjacent back and forth from the start work line T to the terminal work line F2 for temporarily removing the carried object (vehicle body B) from the cradles 2-4 for the upstream work line on the carrying truck 1 and returning the carried object (vehicle body B) to the replaced cradles 2-4 for the downstream work line.
