PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ability to dress hair and the ability to maintain a hair dressing property of a hair dressing tool. SOLUTION: The hair dressing tool dresses hair in a requested style by winding hair 4 to be dressed around a long support (hair dressing tool 1) having an adhesive layer on the outer surface and plastically deforming the support around which the hair 4 is wound into an arbitrary shape.
