<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly and easily apply a jellylike anaesthetic from this side to the deep inside part of the nasal meatus with a little labor without remaining unnecessary anaesthetic. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment instrument has a body section 10 formed into an elongated cylindrical shape with a closed distal end, and the distal end of the body section 10 is projectingly formed with a conical pointed end 11. A plurality of through-holes 12 penetrating inside are formed in the side face of the body section 10 at a part from the pointed end 11 toward the rear end side by a predetermined length.
