PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem in which a user's current state cannot be assisted by suggesting the user's past experience or past idea based on a sentence or the like which the user has input in the past.

SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a user information storage part capable of storing user information that is information based on one or more sentences input by the user in the past; a receiving part which receives input information including a keyword from the user; a user information acquisition part which acquires user information from the user information storage part by use of the keyword contained in the input information; an output information constitution part which constitutes output information that is information to be outputted by use of the user information acquired by the user information acquisition part; and an output part which outputs the output information. According to this, the user's current state can be assisted by suggesting the user's past experience or past idea based on a sentence or the like inputted by the user in the past.
