PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a hinge portion and an opening/closing type portable terminal device whose first and second case members can be opened or closed and turned through the hinge. SOLUTION: A second turnable shaft (123) is provided in such a way as to cross a first turnable shaft (122) to turn together and to be turnable with respect to the first shaft (122). First and second guide members (126, 127) for regulating the turning angle of the second shaft (123) are provided in the first shaft (122). Moreover, a flexible board (140) is interposed in the first shaft (122) and a first turnable shaft bearing (133) in a position that stretches over the first case member (101a) and the second case member (101b), and a first winding portion (154a) that is wound around an outer periphery of the first bearing (133) is formed on one end side of the flexible board (140) to turn together with the first shaft (122).
