PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-constituted three-dimensional accent pattern, formed in a transverse groove, in an exterior wall material constituting an exterior wall, and to easily mount a shelf and a hanger for being installed outdoors by means of a rail serving as the three-dimensional accent pattern. SOLUTION: A recessed-streak groove 2 long and thin in a horizontal direction is formed on the outer surface portion of the exterior wall material 1. The rail 5 is formed by protrusively providing a hooking protrusive piece 4 in the inside direction of an opening through its length in at least either of upper and lower edges of a front opening of a U-shaped cross-section rail body 3 opened on a front side.
