PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper permitting even disposition of water absorbent polymers at appropriate positions of a body wearing surface for a long period of time and permitting easy removal of the water absorbent polymers from a washing tub. SOLUTION: The reusable diaper is spread on the body wearing surface N of a diaper cover 5 to be used. The water absorbent polymers 2b are interposed between at least two fiber sheets 3 and 3, and the diaper is covered with an outer cover 4. The side of the outer cover 4 to be brought into contact with a user is formed of a nonwoven fabric 4a, and the side of the outer cover body 4 to be brought into contact with the diaper cover 5 is formed of a moisture-permeable waterproof film 4b. The water absorbent polymers 2b are granular or powdery, and the granular or powdery water absorbent polymers 2b are enclosed in a plurality of bag parts 2a formed of a water permeable material. The bag parts 2a form a strip-shaped line of water absorbing parts 2 connected by connection parts 2c. When the user wears the diaper, the water absorbent parts 2 are disposed in a U-shape connected from a front body 5a of the diaper cover 5 to a rear body 5b of the diaper cover 5.
