PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of achieving the stable control of the toilet seat temperature without variation when the heat is retained, and allowing a user to be comfortably seated on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes the toilet seat 1 with a heater 2, a human body detection sensor 10, temperature detecting means 3 for detecting the temperature of the toilet seat, and a heater control means 7. The heater control means 7 includes a zero-crossing detection circuit 6 and a phase control circuit 6a. The heat in the toilet seat 1 can be retained at comfortable temperature by correcting the rate of power distribution to the heater 2 with the difference between the temperature of the toilet seat detected by the temperature detecting means 3 and target temperature to change the rate of power distribution to the heater 2 to an optimum value.
