PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam exhauster which does not waste electric power when an apparatus does not emit steam. SOLUTION: When the apparatus is not energized nor operated, no energization detection output is generated. Accordingly, electric power supply to the steam exhauster is cut off by a triac 14 and electric current at the time of waiting and therefore the electric power becomes zero. Consequently, when the apparatus does not emit steam, no wasteful electric power is consumed. Also, even when the energization detection output is relatively small, it is amplified by an amplification circuit 22 into an output which can drive the triac 14. In this manner, a steam which is generated from the apparatus can be reliably exhausted outside by the steam exhauster. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
