PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hiba perfume containing a water-soluble ingredient contained in a hiba material or hiba oil, and to provide the hiba perfume. SOLUTION: The hiba perfume is produced by a process wherein a raw material subject to extraction containing hiba oil is sealed in a permeable synthetic resin bag to make a bag containing the raw material, the bag is then immersed in water to extract an ingredient contained in the hiba contained in the raw material.
