The blind (2) has a winding shaft (4) rotatably mounted in a blind box (3) connected to a door/vehicle body (1). The shaft is fastened with an opposite section at a tension member (6). A flap closes an outlet opening of the door/vehicle body or the blind box. The flap is in effective-connection with a spring element. The spring element is connected with a stopper. The tension member is arranged between the stopper and the flap when the outlet opening is closed, and rests against the stopper and stretches the spring element.
