The battery pack (10) has a rechargeable battery cell (30) for storing electrical energy, and a temperature sensor (20) e.g. negative temperature coefficient resistor, connectable with the battery cell in a heat-conductive manner. A guide and a receiver co-operate with the sensor so that the sensor is heat-conductively connected with the battery cell by a heat conductive element. The receiver is smaller than the sensor, and the guide and receiver are formed in a housing (34), which is partially heat-conductive.
