The tool (10) has a hard working area (12) provided opposite to an accommodating area (13), where hardness characteristic of the working area is variable. A rotor is arranged in vertical manner, and the tool is pivotably fastened to the rotor, where the rotor and the tool are surrounded by a filter. The rotor and the filter are surrounded by a housing in the form of a cone. A borehole (14) is provided in the accommodation area for arrangement of the tool on the rotor. The tool is hard and robust in the working area, where length and thickness of the tool are variable.
