A flame-retardant glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition which comprises 100 parts by mass of a flame-retardant resin composition comprising 60-90 mass% polyamide resins (A) and 40-10 mass% flame retardant (B) containing no halogen element ((A)+(B)=100 mass%) and 60-210 parts by mass of flat glass fibers (C) which have a flat section with a major axis/minor axis ratio of 1.5-10. It is characterized in that the polyamide resins (A) comprise a crystalline polyamide resin (a1) and a non-crystalline polyamide resin (a2), the halogen-free flame retardant (B) comprises a phosphinic acid salt (b1) and/or a diphosphinic acid salt (b2), and the proportion of the non-crystalline polyamide resin (a2) to the polyamide resins (A) satisfies 0.1=(a2)/(A)=0.5.
