<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitter and a lamp fitting of high brightness which excels in assembling workability without requiring the high positioning-precision of a light source and a reflector, and can utilize effectively light emitted from a light source. <P>SOLUTION: Since an LED 4 as a light source has a reflecting plane 9 which faces a light-emitting element 6 and radiates light in side directions of the light-emitting element 6, the light emitter 1 serves as a light source that radiates light in a planar shape by a single package. In addition, reflecting planes can be arranged at arbitrary positions by distributing an optical control plane in a circumferential direction and a radial direction or the like from the light source. Therefore, the light emitter is a thin type, has high efficiency, and can be adapted to various shapes without deteriorating the efficiency. Besides, light distribution control when the length and the width are asymmetrical becomes possible only by a reflector plate 2 since the reflector plate 2 is so formed as to vary the range of the light reflecting angle depending on the direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
