<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow operating keys to be more brightly light-emitted with less power by suppressing non-uniformity in light emission of the operating keys in electronic equipment including a back light function for an operating key portion. <P>SOLUTION: A light guide plate 14 for scattering irradiation light from a light source is provided between an operating key sheet 2 which is constituted of a light transmissive material and comprises a plurality of operating keys 2a, and a circuit board 3 comprising a key switch 7 for detecting pressing of the operating keys 2a and the light source 6. In the light guide plate 14, an approximately spherical reflector 15 is provided at a position opposite to the light source 6 provided on the circuit board 3. When it is detected that any one of operating keys is pressed, the light source 6 is turned on. The reflector 15 reflects the irradiation light from the light source 6 and makes much more irradiation light incident to the light guide plate 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
