<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage having excellent foaming properties within the temperature range of 4-60°C which is a drinking temperature zone for the beverage contained in a hermetically closed container, capable of holding the foam without disappearance thereof for a short period of time and giving the pleasure of the foam visually and even as a texture, having stable quality and high holding properties of the foam and contained in the hermetically closed container. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage contained in the hermetically closed container having the foaming properties (having recapping functions) is provided. The beverage contains ≥0.6 wt.% of proteins derived from milk and ≥0.2 wt.% of fats derived from animals and/or the fats derived from vegetables and an emulsifier having ≥14 total HLB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
