<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fluoroelastomer, using an inexpensive emulfier hardly remaining in a product polymer. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the fluoroelastomer of the present invention, vinylidene fluoride and a fluoroolefin monomer other than the vinylidene fluoride are copolymerized by an emusion polymerization, in the presence of an emulsifier expressed by C<SB>5</SB>F<SB>11</SB>COOM, where M represents H, NH<SB>4</SB>or an alkali metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
