PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sale data processor capable of operating a self-checkout system without deploying assistant personnel in a store. SOLUTION: The self-type commodity sale data processor, having a display unit for displaying the content of a process and a communication means for communicating with the outside, and allowing customers themselves to register and pay for commodities, is installed in a store. If predetermined requirements are met, the commodity sale data processor requests the outside to make a line connection through the communication means.
