PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent sensitivity characteristics by using a charge transport agent excellent in compatibility with a binder resin used in solubility to an organic solvent and formation of a photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor with the photosensitive layer containing a charge generation agent and the charge transport agent, the charge transport agent comprises a diallylaminoallylenediamine derivative substituted by a component having a new vinyl group or a butadienyl group.
