摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate a distance between a transmitter and a receiving antenna, while avoiding increase of measurement errors. SOLUTION: This displacement measuring device having a transmitter 1 for measurement installed on a measuring point, and receiving antennas 2 installed on plurality of fixed points for receiving a radio wave from the transmitter 1, for measuring displacement of a position of the transmitter 1 by comparing each phase of reception signals between the receiving antennas 2, is equipped with a covariance matrix calculation means 6 for calculating a covariance matrix between the reception signals; an eigenvalue decomposition operation means 8 for performing eigenvalue decomposition of the covariance matrix; and a positioning calculation means 9 for calculating the position of the transmitter 1 by regarding a phase angle of an eigenvector of the maximum eigenvalue acquired by the eigenvalue decomposition as a reception phase, and by solving an equation on the reception phase, the position of the transmitter 1 and the position of the receiving antenna 2.
